It has been announced that the 2016 Gloucester Rhythm & Blues Festival will be extended from its usual nine days to encompass a full two weeks. The change will take place as part of SoMAC – an enhanced summer programme celebrating music, arts and culture throughout July and August. In previous years, the festival hosted over 50 live performances over nine days but the 2016 festival promises to be bigger and better.
The festival brings together local and national artists including the cream of the local crop to stalwarts of the British blues scene.
